Directions:

  • Heat 1-3 quarts (liters) of milk to boil and simmer for 10-15 mins while stirring. Cool to 113 ℉ (45 ℃)
  • Dissolve 1 package of starter in in a small cup of cooled milk and wait for 15-20 mins
  • Mix the dissolved starter to the rest of the milk(make sure the milk is at 113 ℉(45 ℃).
  • Keep milk at 113 ℉ (45 ℃) for 7-8 hours.
  • Refrigerate the milk for 24 hours to stop the fermentation
